Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the United Kingdom. Standard delivery to the UK mainland takes 2–3 working days and is free on orders over £75. Next working day delivery is available when you order by 1pm. The Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and offshore islands take 3–5 working days.
How can I pay?
Debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, PayPal and bank transfer (BACS). Approved trade customers can also pay on account.
Do your prices include VAT?
Yes. All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT at 20%. VAT is shown separately on your order confirmation and invoice.
Can I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. A VAT invoice is available from your account for every order.
How do I get wholesale prices?
Apply on the Wholesale page. Once approved, your quantity prices appear automatically when you sign in.
What is a trade account?
Trade accounts are for businesses that buy regularly. They include agreed prices, a credit limit with payment terms, purchase order numbers and team buyers with approval rules.
